Henley Griffon verbally committed to CU on Jan. 11. But it wasn't until nearly a month later, when he signed his letter of intent with the Buffs, that his phone finally stopped ringing. Tennessee, Eastern Michigan and UAB all continued to recruit Griffon until the very end. We caught up with the young tight end from Apopka (Fla.)
