ATH Bell remains on several radars

Bolingbrook (Ill.) senior safety Zyon Bell (6-foot-2, 170 pounds) is a name that multiple college coaches will be taking a very hard look at this season. Bell checks in and recaps his summer travels and much more here.

"I've been able to get out to some of the college one day camps this summer," Bell said. "Several coaches have told me that they want to see my first few games on video and that they are all pretty interested in me."

Bell ran down his recent camp travels.

"I camped this summer with North Dakota State, North Dakota, the Northwestern Showcase camp, the North Central College satellite camp and also the Lindenwood (D2) camp. The feedback from the college coaches was good and I'm being recruited mainly as a safety by schools. I didn't have great junior video tape and after some of these camps the coaches seem more excited about me."

Bell also recapped his recent camp and visit to North Dakota State.

"North Dakota State was great. They have great facilities and a great campus. NDSU also plays in a dome and they also have a separate indoor facility and they are also doing a ton of renovations. The NDSU coaches said I had a good camp and that they are excited about me. NDSU seems to be close to an offer and they want to see my early season video."

So which schools have remained in touch with Bell this summer?

"Besides the schools I camped with I'm also still in touch with Wisconsin, Michigan State, Purdue and Bowling Green. The coaches at those schools all want to see my early season video as well."

Bell is excited for his upcoming senior season.

"I'm just ready to go out and show all these coaches what I can do. I'm going to just go out and make plays and be much more aggressive this season."
