Busy days for DT Lee
LaGrange Park (IL) Nazareth Academy junior defensive tackle recruit Isaiah Lee (6-foot-2, 280 pounds) has continued to draw more and more recruiting looks this spring. Lee is also preparing for a busy summer camp schedule and more in this latest recruiting update.
"Ball State is my latest offer," Lee said. "We are still seeing a lot of college coaches in school. It's been really fun and pretty exciting."
Lee discussed adding his latest offer from Ball State.
"Ball State was in school and watched one of our workouts. They wanted me to call them back later that day and that's when they offered me. I don't know a lot about Ball State to be honest. I've heard that Ball State is a really good school and program and a few other kids I know said that they have a really nice campus. I'm sure I'll get a chance to go visit them sometime this summer."
Lee also recapped some of the college coaches who have been in Nazareth Academy over the past few weeks.
"Lately we've seen North Dakota, North Dakota State and Colorado State. Arkansas and Wyoming also came and watched one of my workouts with EFT. We've also seen the coaches from Illinois, Syracuse, Iowa, Cincinnati and a bunch of smaller schools as well. It seems like a lot of the bigger schools want me to visit them and also camp with them this summer."
Lee has set some camp plans for this summer.
"My trying to be seen by as many schools as I can this summer but I'm also trying to stay a bit closer to home if I can. I'm planning to camp at Purdue and Illinois. i'm also going to the North Central College satellite camp along with the Lake Forest College camp. I'm also planning to go to the NIU camp on June 14th because they will also have a ton of college coaches at NIU that day like Penn State and Arkansas."
Isaiah Lee has scholarship offers from Ball State, Illinois State, Central Michigan, North Dakota State and Colorado State.
