DB Flowers adds his first offer
Carol Stream (Ill.) Glenbard North senior defensive back recruit Josh Flowers (5-foot-11, 175 pounds) took part in Monday's North Central College satellite camp and added his first offer from Illinois State. Flowers talks about adding his first offer and more here.
"It feels great," Flowers said after adding his first offer from Illinois State. "I had thought that if I went and showed out at the camp that someone would take notice and hopefully one school would offer me."
Flowers discussed his thoughts on adding his first offer from Illinois State.
"I've been to Illinois State like three times so far and it's great. Illinois State is a great school and my Mom also loves it at Illinois State."
Flowers camp performance also caught the eye of a handful of other schools in attendance on Monday night.
"Besides Illinois State I also talked with the coaches at Iowa State and Northern Iowa. The coaches said that they liked my camp and that they would be in touch soon."
So what's next for Flowers?
"I'm going to camp on Wednesday back at North Central College and then I'm going to Western Michigan on Monday."
Josh Flowers has a scholarship offer from Illinois State.
