DB Warren adds another offer
Chicago (Ill.) Phillips junior cornerback recruit Dexter Warren (6-foot-1, 165 pounds) has been able to pick up a handful of scholarship offers so far this spring. Warren;s recent offer comes from Central Michigan and Warren recaps his recent visit to the Home of the Chippewas here.
"My latest offer is from Central Michigan," according to Warren. "I went and visited Central Michigan last Saturday and that's when they offered me."
Warren, who now has offers from Central Michigan, Ball State and NIU recapped his Saturday impressions from Central Michigan.
"I liked it a lot at Central Michigan. It's a good school and I was also able to watch the spring game. I liked how Central Michigan runs it's defense. They play a lot of man coverage and they just play really aggressive. I also liked just getting to know the coaches better at Central Michigan and it was a good visit. It was also cool to get an offer from Central Michigan."
Warren also has another visit set for this weekend.
"I'm going down to Illinois for a visit on Friday. They have been pretty interested in me and they invited me and some of my teammates to come down and visit."
Warren has also started to draw new recruiting interest from a few new schools.
"Iowa State has been texting me. Also one of the coaches from Texas A&M has started to follow me."
Dexter Warren has scholarship offers from Ball State, Central Michigan and Northern Illinois.
