Glazier starts seeing a crowd
Oak Park (IL) Fenwick junior offensive tackle prospect Austin Glazier (6-foot-6, 280 pounds) has a half dozen orders so far this spring. Glazier and the Friars have also been drawing quite a crowd of college coaches so far this spring. Glazier recaps his latest recruiting news and more here.
"I have six offers so far," Glazier said. "We've also been seeing a lot of college coaches in school so far and we are expecting more college coaches in school the rest of this week."
Glazier recapped his latest offers and recent visits.
"I have offers now from Ball State, Bowling Green, South Dakota State, SIU, Indiana State and Western Illinois. I visited Illinois State last week and that visit went well. I also visited Minnesota last month and I'm planning to visit Fordham this weekend. I still also want to get out to visit Holy Cross sometime soon."
Glazier also ran down which college coaches have made recent in school visits so far this spring.
"So far the coaches from Minnesota have been at school along with Iowa, Toledo, SIU, Iowa State, Ball State, Bowling Green and also Illinois. Illinois is also planning to be back in school this week to watch me work out. This Wednesday we are expecting Illinois along with Western Michigan, Wyoming, North Dakota State, Illinois State, Holy Cross and Colgate"
Does Glazier have any summer one day camp plans set yet?
"I'm all set to go to the Northwestern Showcase camp on June 9th. I'm also looking at going to Elmhurst College for it's satellite camp in June. I'm just going to see how the rest of the spring evaluation goes before I set up any more camps."
