1. Sacred Heart Griffin (7-0) (1)- The Cyclones win the annual Leonard Bowl and now will focus on the lower portion of 6A.

2. Prairie Ridge (7-0) (2)- The Wolves are just on a serious roll in the Fox Valley conference.

3. Cary-Grove (6-1) (3)- The Trojans are also on a big time roll and why do I get the feeling both FVC teams are already thinking rematch?

4. Lemont (7-0) (4)- The Indians just find a way to win close games and that included it's 30-28 win over TF South on Friday.

5. Crete-Monee (5-2) (7)- The Warriors get a big win over Rich Central last Friday and are on track to another Southlands title.

6. DeKalb (6-1) (8)- The Barbs are that one team that you don't wanna draw early on in Class 6A, trust me on that one.

7. Auburn (6-1) (9)- The Knights remain alive in the weekly "Which NIC-10 Will Be Upset This Week" pool.

8. Marmion Academy (5-2) (NR)- The Cadets just play hard nosed football and have become a factor in the CCL Green race.

9. Oak Lawn Richards (5-2) (NR)- The Bulldogs are back in the Top 10 but get a huge test this week from Reavis.

10. Danville (6-1) (10)- Huge performance for the Vikings who came up one play short of beating 5A power Peoria on Saturday. The Vikes are scrappy and tough.
