TE Barkalow adds his first offer
Forreston (Ill.) senior tight end recruit Sam Barkalow (6-foot-6, 220 pounds) was able to recently add his first offer from Indiana State. Barkalow checks in and recaps his latest recruiting news here.
"I added my first offer from Indiana State" Barkalow said. "I camped at Northwestern for the showcase camp and the Indiana State coaches saw me at that camp. They remained in touch and they called me and offered."
Barkalow discussed his thoughts on adding his first FCS offer from the Indiana State Sycamores.
"I've started to do a little research on Indiana State and it looks like a good school and program. Indiana State offered me as a tight end recruit. I'm looking forward to getting out to visit Indiana State sometime later this summer. We are looking to visit Indiana State hopefully in mid to late July."
Barkalow is also gearing up for another upcoming college one day camp.
"I'm leaving for the North Dakota State camp on Thursday. I'm also planning to head out to Harvard and Illinois State for camps in July."
Barkalow is also ready to get back to next week for his team camp.
"We've been lifting but we also don't tart our skills camp until Monday."
