2017 Mt. Zion Braves Summer Camp/7on7 plans

Hosting 7 on 7 with other schools throughout the month of June and July

Did you know...that Mt. Zion has never advanced past the quarterfinal round in the IHSA state playoffs?

Top Impact Player for Mt. Zion in 2017? Both senior WR/DB Dawson Johns (5-foot-9, 170 pounds) and senior LB Andrew Schollmeier will be asked to provide experience and leadership to a younger squad in 2017.

Biggest Concern heading into 2017? Can the Braves reload on both sides of the football in 2017? Mt/ Zion brings back just 4 starters (2 offense 2 defense) from a season ago.

EDGYTIM's Way Too Early Take on the 2017 Mt. Zion Braves?

The Braves rode a senior heavy team last season to a conference title and a state playoff berth yet the makeup of the 2017 team changes considerably this fall. The Braves have been a winning program over the past 15 years or so and I expect them to challenge for a state playoff spot again this fall.

EDGYTIM's Way Too Early regular season record prediction for Mt. Zion Braves? 6-3/5-4
