2016 results: 8-3 (5-0 Central Suburban South Conference). The Trevians made the Class 8A state playoff field in 2016. New Trier defeated Marist then lost to St. Charles East in second round action.

EDGYTIM's Way Too Early Take on the 2017 New Trier Trevians?
The Trevs had quite a 2016 season which included snapping Maine South's consecutive CSL South winning streak along with winning the conference title outright. Now can New trier take the next step...which will be making a deeper run in Class 8A? The offense brings back a ton but will need to find an answer at quarterback with the graduation loss of Clay Czyzynski (Army) along with finding replacement at four starting linebacker spots. However, despite the questions the Trevs and head coach Brian Doll seems to have more answers than questions these days.
