Watch List: RB Sean Tyler

Olympia Fields (Ill.) Rich Central junior running back prospect Sean Tyler (5-foot-9, 165 pounds) is a speedy and hard running back and Tyler is no question a name to watch. Get to know this latest Class of 2019 name on the rise here.

"We've been on a break from team camp," Tyler said. "I've been just working out and getting ready for the first day of practice on Monday."

Tyler, who was part of the Rich Central 2016 state title winning 4x100 and 4x200 meter relay team this past spring recapped his latest recruiting news.

"I went to Illinois for an on campus one day camp this summer and besides a Rivals.com combine that was my only camp this summer. I thought I had a good day at the Illinois camp. The Illinois coaches said that they wanted me to stay in touch with them this summer and fall. They also said they want to see some of my junior season video. Besides Illinois I've also had some interest from Indiana State and a handful of other schools so far."

Tyler also talked about what his strengths are and more.

"I like to think that I follow my blocks well and that I also have good vision. I also like to break tackles and I just try to make plays. This off season I worked really hard on improving my route running along with improving my hands. I want to become more of a threat in the passing game. "

Does Tyler have a dream school??

"My dream school would be Ohio State. They just always develop great running backs and Ohio State is always in the national championship picture. They just have a great program."

Tyler is also excited about the Olympians upcoming season.

"We have a tam that can win a lot of games this year. We've been looking good this summer and just making the playoffs last year gave us a lot more confidence. We want to get back to the state playoffs and win it all."
