Watch List: TE Charles Robinson

Aurora (Ill.) Waubonsie Valley junior tight end prospect Charles Robinson
(6-foot-4, 210 pounds) is a prime time playmaker for the Warriors (3-3) this season. Get to know this latest name to watch here.

"We've been struggling a bit but we will get it going this week," Robinson said. "We play down in Indiana this Friday (Hamilton Southeastern) and we need to come back with a win."

Robinson, who also plays basketball at Waubonsie Valley discussed his latest recruiting news.

"I've been in touch with a handful of schools and I've been able to make a few college games so far this season. I've been in touch and talking to Purdue and I also went to Central Michigan this past Saturday when they played Western Michigan. My dream school would be Georgia. I was born and lived in Atlanta until I was around 6 years old. I always rooted for the Bulldogs and I still have family in Georgia."

Robinson filled us in on his impressions of Central Michigan.

"Besides them losing to Western Michigan it was a great visit. Central Michigan had a real nice pregame presentation and I was able to get on the field during the pregame warmups. I was also able to see some of the facilities and some of the campus at Central Michigan and it was really nice. The coaches at CMU want me to stay in touch and to keep working hard this season."

So what does Robinson do well on the field in his own words?

"I think I have a good catch radius along with good range. I'm also pretty strong in the red zone and I can use my size and frame to catch the ball. I also don't like to get tackled and I'm pretty hard to bring down."
