1. Maine South 1-0 (2)- Easily one of the most impressive Week 1 performances I've seen in a long, long time.

2, Prairie Ridge 1-0 (1)- The Wolves just find a way to get it done and this win over Cary-Grove 7-6 was an incredibly physical game.

3. Lincoln-Way East 1-0 (5)- It won't get any easier this week at Maine South.

4, Marist 1-0 (6)- The Redhawks win the South Side Super Bowl over Rice.

5. Lake Zurich 1-0 (7)- The Bears defense stood tall 21-3 over Fremd. Now Montini comes to town.

6. Phillips 1-0 (13)- Biggest CPL non-conference regular season win since???

7. Homewood-Flossmoor 1-0 (9)- The Vikings now head to Durham North Carolina to take on Southern Durham.

8. Naperville Central 1-0 (12)- The Redhawks just manhandle a very strong Glenbard North team in Week 1.

9. Lyons Township 1-0 (11)- The Lions get off to a strong start beating Sandburg.

10. Loyola 0-1 (3)- Lots to correct after it's 20-13 loss on Saturday night to Phillips. All is far from lost Rambler fans.

11. Mount Carmel 1-0 (14)- The Caravan handle Taft minus standout QB Alek Thomas (baseball).

12. New Trier 1-0 (15)- The Trevs have no issues in it's 31-0 win over York.

13. Stevenson 1-0 (NR)- First year head coach Josh Hjorth gets his first career win upsetting Palatine.

14. Oswego 1-0 (16)- The Panthers get a big opening night win over Minooka and a big performance from senior QB Levi Olson.

15. Barrington 1-0 (20)- The Broncos get a big opening night from Ray Niro in it's win over Warren Township.

16. Montini Catholic 1-0 (18)- The Broncos have no issues with Hyde Park and now ramp up this week at Lake Zurich.

17. Palatine 0-1 (10)- The Pirates will look to rebound this week at Wheeling.

18. St. Charles East 1-0 (25)- The Saints ground and pound running game gets going in a win over Rock Island.

19. Huntley 1-0 (27)- The Red Raiders get a last second winning touchdown from QB Eric Mooney to hold off Jacobs.

20. Hinsdale Central 0-1 (17)- The Red Devils fall to national power St. Xavier (Ohio) and now face Willowbrook.

21. Nazareth Academy 1-0 (21)- The Road Runners will look to get back on the field this week after it's 1-0 forfeit win over Dunbar.

22. Hoffman Estates 1-0 (26)- The Hawks soar over Elk Grove and now face Hersey this Friday.

23. Glenbard North 0-1 (19)- The Panthers will go back to the drawing board this week at Waubonsie Valley.

24. Glenbard West 0-1 (4)- The Hilltoppers have work to do and play at Proviso East this week.

25. Cary-Grove 0-1 (25)- Despite the 7-6 loss to Prairie Ridge the Trojans will win a lot of games in 2017.

26. Lake Park 1-0 (NR)- Biggest win in Lancers regular season history over Waubonsie Valley? Up next is Wheaton South.

27. Waubonsie Valley 0-1 (8)- Can the Warriors rebound this week hosting Glenbard North?

28. Bradley 1-0 (28)- The Boilermakers now host local rival Kankakee.

29. Batavia 1-0 (30)- The Bulldogs get a nice Week 1 shutout 21-0 win over Lemont.

30. Oak Park-River Forest 1-0 (NR)- The Huskies pull out a 29-28 win over Simeon.
