WR Hill adds his first offer

Minooka (Ill.) senior wide receiver recruit Isaiah Hill (5-foot-11, 175 pounds) was able to ad his first offer this summer recently from Western Illinois. Hill talks about his first offer, summer camp travels and much more here.

"I added my first offer from Western Illinois last week," Hill said. "The WIU coaches saw mw at the Northwestern Showcase camp a few weeks ago and they have been in touch with me ever since that camp."

Hill discussed adding his first offer from the in-state WIU Leathernecks.

"It feels great to get my first offer from WIU and it's exciting. I was following the WIU coaches on Twitter and they sent me an instant message for me to call them and that's when they offered. I still need to look into WIU and learn more about them. I'm planning to go visit WIU sometime later this summer with my family."

Hill also ran down his recent college camp performances.

"I just got back from West Virginia and I went to a camp and it went well. I thought I had a good camp and was one of the better receivers. They had a lot of kids at the West Virginia camp. The coaches said I needed to attack the football a bit more but that I ran good routes and also have good hands. I also camped at thew Northwestern Showcase and that camp also went well. I'm planning to go to the North Dakota State camp this weekend and I'm also looking into going to one or two more camps in July."

So which schools are still showing interest in Hill these days?

"Besides WIU I'm also in touch with North Dakota State, South Dakota State, South Dakota along with NIU, Western Michigan and and Illinois State. Most of the schools showing the most interest has been FCS level schools."

Hill is also excited for his upcoming senior season.

"We have a lot of kids coming back this year. We have a chance to have a really good year and I'm planning to have a big season for my team."

Isaiah Hill has a scholarship offer from Western Illinois University.
