2019 OL Keegan visited Iowa

Crystal Lake (IL) South sophomore offensive tackle recruit Trevor Keegan (6-foot-6, 290 pounds) made a Sunday Junior Day visit to the University of Iowa. Keegan, who has been to Iowa a handful of times already discussed his Junior Day impression and much more here.

"I went to Iowa on Sunday for it's Junior Day," Keegan said. "I've been to Iowa a handful of times already and I had a good visit on Sunday."

Keegan gave us his latest impressions from the Home of the Hawkeyes.

"I had a chance to meet the new Iowa offensive line coach (Tim Polasek) on Sunday and we had a good talk. He seems really interested in me and wants me to stay in touch along with coming back this summer for the Iowa linemen camp. I believe this was my third visit to Iowa. Iowa just has an amazing game day experience and I was able to go to the Michigan game last season. Iowa has a great fan base and a ton of support which was impressive. I also liked how we all tried on jerseys and ran out onto the field together. I really like the coaches at Iowa. It's just a really good staff and they also have great vision for the program along with a vision for the players."

Does Keegan have any other visits planned?

"I've made visits now to Iowa, Northwestern, Purdue and Indiana so far. I'm planning to get out to see more schools later this spring. I'm looking at visiting Penn State and also Michigan State. I'm also going to visit either Notre Dame on April 2nd or I'll be going to the Nike Camp on the same day. I still need to figure that out."

Trevor Keegan has a scholarship offer from Northwestern.
