The Maroons had a solid 2017 season and made the IHSA state football playoff field for the past seven straight seasons under head coach Cameron Pettus. If the Maroons can fill a handful of key spots (including at running back with the graduation loss of RB Kriston Davis) expect Belleville West to again be a challenger in the Southwestern Conference in 2018.

Keep an Eye on: Belleville West 2019 3 star ranked defensive end Keith Randolph (6-foot-5, 240 pounds) has drawn multiple FBS offers after just playing one season of football for Belleville West. Randolph played tight end and defensive end for Belleville West in 2017 and is being recruited as a rush end at the FBS level.
