WR Stewart has camp plans

Bolingbrook (Ill.) junior three star ranked wide receiver recruit I'Shawn Stewart (5-foot-11, 165 pounds) early in his recruiting process yet Stewart remains uncommitted. Stewart talks about his latest recruiting news, summer plans and much more here.

"I'm still waiting," Stewart said. "We've had 24 different college coaches in school so far. My plan is to see howe the spring evaluation period goes for me and I'm also planning to go to a few college camps."

Stewart discussed adding his recent offer from Syracuse, a school who's offense is a big appeal to the speedy Stewart.

"Syracuse offered me a week or two ago and they also stopped into school to watch our workouts. Syracuse has a fast paced passing offense and it's a really uptempo attack. It's a great offense for a receiver and I'm definitely going to look more into Syracuse. I know Syracuse has a lot of history and tradition and it's a good offer."

Stewart also has a handful of college camps planned for this summer.

"I'm planning to camp at both Wisconsin and Michigan State this summer. They both seem pretty interested but they also want to see me at camp in person. Penn State has also been showing more interest. They came into school not too long ago and they are suppose to be back in this Friday to watch a team workout. I might also camp at Penn State this summer but I haven't set anything up yet. "

Does Stewart now have a revised time frame for a college choice?

"A lot of my camps are around the first week in June, so once my camps are done I'll narrow things down. I'll probably be committed by the end of June. "

I'Shawn Stewart has scholarship offers from Eastern Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Miami of Ohio, Nevada, NIU, Syracuse, Toledo and Western Michigan.
