2015 results: 11-3 (4-1) CPL Illini Red Bird Conference). The Condors made the 2015 Class 8A state playoff field and lost to Warren Township in opening round action. Curie then advanced in the annual CPL Prep Bowl playoffs and defeated Hubbard, King and Simeon to win the CPL title. Curie lost to Mount Carmel in the annual Prep Bowl.

Top Impact Player for Curie in 2016? Senior RB/LB Anthony Watson is one of several two way players for the Condors this fall. With 4 starting offensive linemen back expect Watson to put up some big time rushing yards for Curie this fall.

Biggest Concern heading into 2016? Overall numbers and depth. Curie has fared better than most in the CPL when it comes to numbers over the years, yet even power programs in the CPL like Curie are seeing lower numbers across the board.

EDGYTIM's Way Too Early Take on the 2016 Curie Condors? Curie has remained in the upper tier of the CPL now for several seasons. Curie always seems to have a good mix of speed and athletes along with linemen. If the Condors can survive a rough patch in the middle of the regular season schedule (Morgan Park/Dunbar/Simeon) they will be state playoff bound.
