Top Impact Player for Brooks Prep in 2017? Junior QB Darrin Cotton Jr. Cotton Jr. has a chance to become one of the most sight after signal callers in the CPL and potentially Chicagoland in the Class of 2019. Cotton Jr. has already been identified by several college and recruiting services.
