Top Impact Player for Glenbard East in 2017? Junior QB Brett Bushka. Bushka is one of several returning starters back this fall and if the Rams are going to make a run towards a state playoff bid look for Brett Bushka to play a huge role.
Biggest Concern heading into 2017? The strength of schedule. The Rams will need to take on some big names in it's non conference portion including two tough first two games to open the season at Lake Forest then hosting St. Charles East.
EDGYTIM's Way Too Early Take on the 2017 Glenbard East Rams?
Glenbard East and head coach John Walters are looking forward to a better 2017 season after posting two back to back 2-7 seasons. The Rams have some talent, looked good in 7on7 this summer and also had a good sized group of linemen this summer. Yet the schedule is rough with four of it's first five games against state playoff teams a season ago. If the Ras can survive that early season schedule they could finish strong and challenge for a state playoff spot.
EDGYTIM's Way Too Early regular season record prediction for the Glenbard East Rams? 4-5
