Did you know...that Waubonsie Valley head coach Paul Murphy has been coaching high school football in the City of Aurora for the past 28 years? Murphy coached at Marmion Academy for 15 seasons (94-55 record) and has now been at Waubonsie Valley (90-47) for the past 13 seasons.

EDGYTIM's Way Too Early Take on the 2018 Waubonsie Valley Warriors? The Warriors had a rare non-playoff year in 2017 and missed changing it's record from 4-5 to say 7-2 by 18 combined points in three losses. Withe the newly realigned DuPage Valley conference set along with a brutally tough non-conference slate, Waubonsie Valley will literally had zero soft weeks on the schedule in 2018. If the Warriors (and the rest of the DVC for that matter) can find it's way to a winning record they could become a real threat in Class 8A in 2018.

Keep an Eye on: The Warriors have a nice group of wide receivers back for the 2018 season and keep an eye on senior WR Josh LeMoine, senior WR Julian Cain and senior WR Harper Cole as keys in the Warriors offense this season.
