Conway pledged to Syracuse
Plainfield (Ill.) North junior offensive tackle recruit Cody Conway (6-foot-6, 280 pounds) gave Syracuse his verbal commitment just minutes ago. Conway talks about his decision here.
"I just committed to Syracuse," Conway said. "I just felt like I was ready to commit and I'm really excited."

So why give the Orangemen his verbal commitment?
"We'll my reason is it was just a gut feeling from the start that Syracuse was where I wanted to be. I just didn't want to miss out on a great opportunity so I gave it some thought and committed."
