Rivals250 DE Rylie Mills is Wisconsin's first 2020 official visitor

The first official visitor for Wisconsin in the 2020 cycle has been atop the Badgers' recruiting board for some time.

Rylie Mills, a 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive end from Lake Forest High School in Illinois, spent two nights in Madison after visiting Notre Dame officially last weekend.
