QB Estes commits to Missouri

East St Louis (Ill.) senior two star ranked quarterback recruit Reyondous Estes (6-foot-0, 170 pounds) has decommitted from Western Michigan and just gave the Missouri Tigers his verbal commitment. Estes talks about his change of heart here.

"It was a really hard decision for me to make," according to Estes."I just felt like it is just too good of an opportunity at Missouri for me to pass up. I talked it over with my Mom, my family and my coaches and they all feel I'm making the best decision I can for myself."

Estes is thrilled to be a part of the Missouri program.

"It's just exciting to have the opportunity to play in the SEC and to play along side so many of my big brothers from my high school. I'm not gonna lie having all of my big brothers at one school was a factor for me in the end. Missouri is a great school and I just feel at home at Missouri. The Missouri coaches really believe in me and they offered me as a quarterback and feel I'll be a good fit in the offense."

Estes is now turning his attention to become a lead recruiter for the Tigers with his wide receiver (Jeff Thomas) being his primary target now in recruiting.

"(Laughing) Yeah I'm already talking to him about Missouri."

Estes, ranked a a two star athlete believes has a lot of work left to do starting this season.

"This is going to be a big season for me. Between the strike year last year along with getting a chance to show everyone what I can do on the field. I worked really hard on my game and my coaches are having me showcase a lot of the things that the coaches said I didn't do well. My goal all off-season was to turn weaknesses into strengths. I feel as comfortable in the pocket than out of the pocket and I can't wait to start playing games."

Reyondous Estes is verbally committed to Missouri.
