QB Rutter checks in

Naperville (Ill.) Neuqua Valley junior quarterback prospect Broc Rutter (6-foot-3, 190 pounds) has been very impressive this spring on the various 7on7 tour stops. Rutter checks in and talks about his latest recruiting news and much more here.
"It was fun winning the Midwest Best of the Best 7on7 on Sunday," Rutter said. "I just have fun and go out and compete. It's always great competition and in the title game (against Core6) we had a lot of big time D1 talent on the field."

Rutter filled us in on his latest recruiting news.
"I visited NIU not too long ago and it was a good visit. NIU has great facilities and I also like the coaches. The new indoor facility is pretty impressive and I had some good talks with the coaches at NIU. I just feel like I'm on the same page with NIU when out comes to it's offense. I've also been in touch with Central Michigan, Western Michigan, Northern Iowa, North Dakota State, Miami of Ohio and some smaller level schools. Marshall has also started to show more interest and I want to go visit them soon."
Rutter is also expecting several college coaches to stop into Neuqua Valley over the spring evaluation period which begins today.
'My coaches have told me that they have several colleges already set to visit. I know that North Dakota State, Miami of Ohio, Western Michigan, Central Michigan, NIU and Northern Iowa all said they would be here soon. They all want to see me throw so it's going to be a pretty exciting spring."
Rutter alos has another spring visit set for this coming weekend.
"I'm going to visit Miami of Ohio this weekend. They have been pretty interested and I've heard some really good things about the school."
