TE Lewis preps for January visits
Naperville(Ill.) North senior three star ranked tight end recruit Mitch Lewis (6-foot-6, 215 pounds) has been focused on his final exams this week along with his ongoing basketball season. Lewis is also looking harder at his various football recruiting options and checks in with the latest news here.
"We have final exams this week," Lewis said. "So besides basketball season I'm locked into getting ready for finals."
Lewis also has a plan when it comes to sorting out his football recruiting process.
"I'm in touch with all of the schools who have offered me along with Penn State and Iowa. Penn State and Iowa have offers out and they want me to see how things shake out over the next few weeks. So my plan is to make 2-3 official visits and have a college choice made in late January."
Lewis has yet to name any real favorite schools for now but that could change.
"I'm going to take some time over the holiday break, sit down with my parents and really sort a lot of things out including who will be my final 2-3 official visits. It's a good time to just reflect on everything and then get a better handle on everything."
