Gurnee (Ill.) Warren junior tight end recruit Caleb Reams (6-foot-3, 225 pounds) has two early offers and several more could be here sooner rather than later. Reams talks about his latest recruiting news and much more here.
"Recruiting has been going great," Reams said. "I have offers so far from Toledo and Colgate and more schools seem to be interested."
Reams, who also plays basketball for the Blue Devils talked about adding his recent offers from the Rockets and the Raiders.
"I visited Toledo once already and it was a great experience. It was also a great feeling to get that first offer from Toledo as well for myself and my family. Toledo has a great campus and I also like the coaches. It was just a tremendous visit for me and I'm going to go back and visit them again next Friday for an overnight trip."
"I know that Colgate has great academics and that they had a good season last fall. I still need to try to get out to visit them soon. I also have been talking to the coaches at Colgate for a while now and they seem like great guys. I'm hoping to get a chance to see the school in person sometime this spring or summer."
Reams has also been drawing recruiting interest from several other schools.
"Western Michigan, Akron, NIU, Purdue, Illinois and a few smaller schools have either sent mail or have sent Facebook messages. Those schools all want me to come out and visit plus they have talked about me camping with them this summer. I'm planning to go visit Western Michigan sometime next week. I'm also going to visit NIU on April 12 and I also want to see Central Michigan soon."
Caleb Reams has scholarship offers from Toledo and Colgate.
