Did you know...that Brother Rice won the Class 6A (largest class) IHSA state football title in 1981? The Crusaders posted an overall record of 11-2 and defeated Robeson, Julian, Fenwick then Reavis in the Class 6A state title game.

EDGYTIM's Way Too Early Take on the 2018 Brother Rice Crusaders? The Crusaders got off to a tough 0-2 early start in 2017 then struggled to get back to it's winning ways. Brother Rice is never short on talent and numbers and look for the Crusaders to bounce back in a big way this coming season. Getting off to a good start in 2018 will again be a key and having it's first four games at home is a real positive.

Keep an Eye on: Brother Rice already has two FBS level recruits in TE David O'Keeffe along with senior TE Evan Kirts. Also keep an eye on a talented 2020 class including DE Justin Jefferson plus 2020 QB Colin Smyth both of whom have been impressive this off season at various camps.

EDGYTM's Way Too Early Regular Season record prediction for the Brother Rice Crusaders? 6-3/5-4
